Partner Diaper change and diaper check - make one fee more comfortable

While during diaper changes my wife normally gives me a one of the following items, massage, baby bottle or a paci.

 

Of course the three of them are great but normally  one of the items is what normally occurs.

 

Others have something done before they are diaper changed by their partner.

Yeah, pacis and baby bottles sure are great!☺️????? And diaper changes are always a plus!??? Loved them as a kid!❤️? There's nothing quite like being a baby!☺️???????❤️???????❤️???❤️?❤️? when you have all three during a diaper change, that's heaven!??

My routine tends to be a tad more adult than a bottle or dummy and involves a lot of touching and rubbing ?

My wife gives me pacifier to soothe me and also keep me quiet so I can be in my headspace and enjoy the touch feel and smells  otherwise I get nervous and talk too much and don't quite relax completely
