Occasional burning sensation when peeing?

Male, no STIs or UTI.  Sometimes when I’m about to pee, I get a mild burning sensation that draws my attention to it and makes it harder to start.

 Other times it comes out effortlessly and is barely noticeable.  I can’t seem to find a pattern as to what causes it.

Does anyone else experience this?
