Tasks to build confidence as a little / abdl?

I'm curious: if you were trying to help someone else be more comfortable & confident as a little, what kinds of things would you have them do?

What about building comfort with diapers & abdl things?

I'd recommend starting by having an adult to adult conversation outside of any Cgl or AbDL dynamic. Ask questions about what concerns, worries or reservations they may have. Without understanding their situation you will have a very hard time identifying what kinds of things may help and what kinds of things may be detrimental.
