I am currently trying to get back on diapers, and get used to it again by forcing myself to wet the diaper. However I wonder if this would actually strengthen the bladder muscles and actually make it harder to lose control. I would appreciate your insight. Link to comment

You could end up giving yourself a hernia, or an infection. When you bear down, you actually make it more difficult to completely empty your bladder, which can lead to infections. You would probably be better off, drinking lots of water, a few beers, or some coffee. Do all 3! ? But, you’d be better off just letting it flow naturally. Link to comment
