There’s an episode in the second season of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse where Professor VonDrake builds a time machine. Goofy volunteers to be a test subject, but rather than actually visiting another time in the past, he becomes the baby version of himself, only wearing a disposable diaper and his hat. Later on Mickey and Donald realize that “Goofy Baby” needs a diaper change, and apparently the Clubhouse has diapers on hand, though it’s too big for Goofy, so they end up using tape to help it fit better.
