Hi all,

Does anyone else eat their feelings?? I don’t know whenever I am depressed I feel like I just keep eating. I don’t know why I do it but I do.. maybe it’s cuz it’s better than harming myself not sure. Anyways just feeling kinda low lately and been self indulging on sweets and hopefully things get better soon.

I used to do that when I was 10, 11, and 12. It never worked and I just gained weight and got MORE depressed. I'm sorry you're feeling low pokey. One thing I've learned recently when it comes to depression is to keep your mind busy and you taught me that and it really helped. And I know sometimes it can be overwhelming, especially with anxiety but taking deep breaths and remembering that all feelings come and go also can help. I'm always here if you need someone to lean on.☺️? *hugs friend*??❤️
