Orphaned Teen to Toddler

14 year old Rei Takagei often mistaken as a toddler due to her small size was wondering around the park barefoot in nothing but a shirt and a panties after losing them after falling in the mud and was looking for a restroom to clean herself up

Sarah smiles seeing a small girl out in the park"hi little one wheres your parents dear you must be freezing out here

Rei eeped “as she was startled by the total stranger “I... I was cleaning myself up and I dont have a parents ma’am I’m by myself.” She said sneezing abit

"Dear come home with me so i can take you to get cleaned up and a nice meal

Rei blushed at this and nodded her head shyly “O..okay.. I’ll go with you.” Best the carry the girl since she was barefoot

Sarah smiles picking her up carrying her like a baby and walks to her downtown penthouse and carries her to the bathroom"dear may i undress you?"

Rei blushed as she was carried like a baby and nodded her head shyly when asked to be undressed.

She smiles and undresses the small girl and fills up the tub and smiles washing her gently making sure to clean everywhere

The small girl began to relax as she was bathed all the dirt starting to come off her especially in her hair.

She smiles washing her hair with shampoo and conditioner and eventually finishes and pulls her out drying her off going to find some training panties from her years of babysitting

Rei found herself wrapped in a pink towel after being lifted out the tub. Luckily there was a package of hello kitty themed pull ups and a bottle of baby powder next to her.

She smiles and powders her slowly and gently diapers her"there dear how do you feel now

Rei thought she would going back in her panties before finding something thick and something smelling really sweet and looked down and saw she was wearing pull ups “Training pants... but I’m 14.” She said blushing

"Dear i don't know your age you look 4 or 5 to me and i know i sound rude i don't know if you have bladder issues your old underwear smelled terrible and like pee so this is just a precaution for the night now lets get you something warm to eat all right

Rei blushed as she felt her pull up they did feel soft on her “I was born with a condition that makes me look small.” A warm meal sounded to good to her plus the woman could get her some warm clothes at the house as the small girl raised her arms to be carried once more

She smiles and carries her down to the couch and sets her down"ok dear how does mac and cheese sound

Rei nodded her head shyly  as she stood in nothing but a pull up which crinkled slightly “Uh huh but can I have clothes first?”

"No dear their in the wash your pants and panties were beyond saving your shirt will come out clean though 

[JE PUNK]

Rei blushed “But don’t you have spare clothes I could wear?” Luckily with her babysitting she had extra clothes that could fit her

She thought and brought down a frozen t shirt its the only thing she had left clothing wise

Rei blushed as the tshirt did nothing to hide her pull up but it would do for now while the girls hair was still wet it would be a perfect time to brush and style it up

She smiles and goes to get a brush and untangle it and straighten it putting it into two pigtails on the side of her head

Rei just blushed as she looked in a mirror she didn’t see  a teenager but a small toddler no older then 3

She smiles at her work and goes to make some mac and cheese for the girl so she can get some sleep

Rei felt nature calling before she found the bathroom and blushed she discovered a pink princess potty chair of course she had the option to try the regular toilet but it seemed alittle big for her. Looking around to see if Sarah wasn’t around blushed as she pulled her training panties down and started using the training potty
