Arrive home and carried in to bed over daddies shoulder

Alexa: Where is mommy daddy

Mommy: (strips a soggy diaper off Alexa and replaces with a brand new teddy diaper and one piece footie jammies we just picked up at the store.)

daddy: tucks in Alexa with a big, new, fluffy teddy

Alexa: I steep holding teddy and sucking my thumb

Mommy and daddy watch their princess fall to sleep feeling so happy Alexa wanted to be a baby again..

Alexa: As i sleep i start to feel the soup makes its way to my diaper

(Alexa wakes suddenly and is surprised by a full messy diaper.)

hmmm...what should she do? Try to go back to sleep and wait till morning? Or risk making mommy and daddy mad by waking them up?

Alexa: I continue to sleep in my messy diaper till morning

Morning arrives...

mommy: (walks in Alexas room to check on her)

Oh my Sweetie, what a mess! (It seems Alexa had a bit of a blowout last night and soaked through her jammies)

Alexa: my hinny hurts momma

Mommy: bath time again. A good soaking should help your hinny.

(puts Alexa in the bath tub and strips the crib to go in the laundry)

Alexa: I sit in the bath and hope my hinny will feel better

Mommy: (gives Alexa a good scrubbing)

there you go sweetie. It still looks sore though. It good I got you some baby rash cream last night.

(puts a nice coating over all Alexas sore spot and puts on a clean diaper) 

that should do it, now run downstairs, daddy is making breakfast

Alexa: Okay mommy i go downstairs to daddy

Alexa finds another surprise in the kitchen. It’s a high chair daddy put together. It must have been what was in that big box. She was grabbed by 2 hands around the waste from behind and gently lofted in to the chair.

daddy: Mornin sweetie! How’s about a nice bowl of oatmeal? Would you like daddy to feed you or do it your self?

Alexa: Morning daddy me want to feed myself

That’s a big girl. Let me put this on. (Ties a bib around your neck)

Alexa: I wait for my food

Daddy sets down a steamy bowl of oatmeal with fresh strawberries on top

Alexa: I start to eat

(Mommy and daddy sit down for breakfast)

mommy: tell us sweetie, are you enjoying being a baby again?

Alexa: Yes i am mommy

Mommy: tell us what your favorite part is and what else we can do for you?

Alexa: Can i be a big girl on the weekend
