Drifting back together

Jessica gently removed Mya thumb replacing it with her pacifier. It seemed her little cuddle bug was cranky. Jessica reached under Mya dress and checked her diaper. "Someone had a wet diapey." She did up holding Mya and laid her on the changing table.  Just as she did earlier she put the safety belt in Mya. Jessica hummed a nursery rhyme as she opened Mya diaper and begin wiping her clean with a cool wipe. Tossing the used wipe and diaper in the pail beside her she slid a dry Dora diaper under Mya and powdered her bottom. Fastening her into the dry diaper Jessica unbuckled the safety strap and picked up Mya. "How about Mya and mommy cuddle and watch cartoons until dinner time?" She laid Mya head on her shoulder as she rubbed her back carrying her to the couch.

Mya whined when she was moved to the changing table. She sucked her pacifier gently and enjoyed the humming from Jessica. She was getting use to having her. diaper changed and felt way better in a dry diaper. Once her diaper was changed she cuddled back into Jessica. “ hmm wanna watch Mickey “ mya said around her pacifier. Before leaving the nursery mya grabbed her duck stuffie to join there cuddle. Mya snuggled Jessica in the couch enjoying her tv show.

Jessica put on mickey as Mya snuggled testing her head on her breast. She loved how much calmer Mya was now and that she seemed to be taking into her role as her baby much better. She kissed the top of Mya head as the watched the cartoon with her duckie. After an hour Jess stood up and gently set Mya in her play pen. "Okay princess you keep watching cartoons mommy has to get dinner ready". She went to the kitchen and began making dinner for them both baked chicken, steamed rice, and vegetables. When the food was cooked she took Mya food and pureed it to baby food consistency like the doctor had suggested.

Mya enjoyed the cuddles with Jessica she felt super relaxed. She slowly ducked her pacifier and played with Jessica hair while she watched Mickey Mouse. Mya pouted when she was moved to the play pen she would much rather be with Jessica. “Mommy “  she whine while she was left alone mya hated being in the play pen right she just wanted to rock and relax that’s when she remembered Jessica bought her a baby swing made just for her. “ wanna swing “ she pointed to it in the corner of t he living room.

Jessica had peeked in on Mya as she was calling for her. She smiled picking her up. " Does mommies baby want to go in her swing." She cooed as she laid Myra in the swing. After fastening her in it and making sure she had her duckie she turned on the swing and it began to rock her at a steady pace. After making sure Myra was okay Jess went back to the kitchen to finish preparing dinner.

Mya was happy to see Jessica come back for her she nodded her head she wanted to be putt in the swing. Mya felt relaxed as the swing  started rocking she enjoyed the slow movement.she sucked her pacifier and smuggled her ducky. Mya was really enjoying her baby life and didn’t want it to change. Mya felt really good right his and didn’t want anything to change she enjoyed not having the adult responsibilities. As she was deep in thought she didn’t notice that she wet her diaper again. Mya was being a good baby content in her swing waiting for her mommy to get her for dinner.

Jessica got a 3 section plastic bowl and fixed Mya food. She fixed a bottle of diluted prune juice going it would help her make a bowl movement.  "Time for Princess Mya to eat her dinner"

Jessica picked up Mya from her swing and took her to her high chair.  After buckling her in she set Mya duck on the table across from her so she wouldn't get dirty. A purple bib that said mommies girl was fastened around her neck.  Jess made sure the good had cooled down enough before she began feeding her starting with the pureed chicken breast. "Here comes the train to the tunnel Choo choo".

Mya was just relaxing in her swing when Jessica came to get her for dinner.  She at in her high chair happily she didn’t mind the bib around her neck but when she saw the plate of food she pouted. “ i don’t want that it’s look yucky “ mya said turning her face from the spoon. Once Jessica brought the train again to her mouth she opened slightly and swallowed some of the chicken.  She smiled at Jessica and opened her mouth again. “ mommy plane “ she said wanting  Jessica to do the airplane sounds instead of the train.

Jessica loved how Mya seemed to be adjusting to her role as her baby. She knew it was only meant to be for a short time so she would cherish this for as long as she could. Jessica laughed as Mya asked for plane sounds. "Uh oh looks like we have to come in for an emergency landing.  We have to find an open terminal whoosh whoosh.oh look I found one open up for the airplane."

Jessica brought a spoonful of the pureed rice with veggies to her mouth.  Bite after bite she fed Mya until her food was all gone. "Such a big girl Mya is finishing all her yummies. Drink your baba while mommy cleans up."

Jessica gives Mya her bottle of diluted prune juices after wiping her face clean.  Jessica starts cleaning up the kitchen putting her own food away to eat after Mya goes to bed. Once the kitchen is clean Jessica smiles at Mya. "Is mommies baby ready for her bath? "

Mya started to giggle as Jessica started to play baby games with her. She was really enjoying being a baby it was relaxing. " mommy silly " she giggled as she swallowed some of the purée. Mya was a messy baby with food on her face.  " I'm full " she said rubbing her belly once all the food was gone. She picked up the bottle and started to drink it slowly. Right away mya noticed the taste was different than any other juice she had before she didn't mind it though and frank slowly watching Jessica clean.
As mya drank the bottle her tummy started to rumble. Mya started to whine Becsuse she knew soon she would have a messy diaper and right before Jessica came to get mya for her bath she fart and let out a huge mess in her diaper. " mommy " mya said  she started to cry not liking the warm mushy feeling around her bottom.

Jessica picked up her fussy baby kissing the top of her head. She quickly knew why she was so upset. "Oh did mommies baby go poopies? It's okay princess mommy will get you all clean." She cooed to her as she took her up to her nursery.  Jessica laid Mya on the changing table.  Fastening the safety strap she rubbed the fussy baby tiny waiting until she finished messing her diaper.  Jessica unfastened Mya diaper after giving her, her pacifier. She was gentle and sing next rhymes as she wiped her clean.  Once she was clean Jessica threw the diaper and wipes in the diaper pail. She stripped Mya naked carrying her to the bathroom where she sat her on the floor as she filled the tub with warm bubbly water before putting her in. "Bath time for mommies princess"

Mya cried the whole time whole she was messing her diaper. This was one thing she hated about  being a baby. Mya squirmed on the changing table complaining the whole time. " I don't like messy diapers  " she cried once she had her pacifier she sucked on slowly looking up at Jessica with tears in her eyes, she soon stopped crying as she was clean and she heard Jessica soft voice cooing at her. She sniffled some more but was ready for her bath. 
when mya was sat on the ground  she went through her bath toy bin and picked out a mermaid doll. " oooh bubbles " she said excitedly trying to get in the bath. " wook my mermaid can swim " she said once she was in the bath happily.

Jessica laughed as Mya happily played. "What a pretty mermaid she is. What's your mermaids name?" Jessica started washing Mya with the lightly scented baby wash. "Does mommies princess want to go to work with mommy again?" She cooed to her as she began massaging shampoo into her hair.

Mya splashed around the bath with her mermaid toy. When she was asked the name she thought about the name for her mermaid " umm lily " she said after thinking about it. Mya didn't mind going to work with Jessica it was when she left mya didn't like it.  " yeah but I don't want to stay with Courtney again only mommy " she said as she got her hair wash. Mya liked Courtney she just felt more comfortable around Jessica. " and can I bring all my stuffies with me to play?" She asked.

Jessica had felt bad about having to leave Mya today.  She'd made it clear to the contractor she would not be coming out to settle childish disputes between adults again. She smiled and tickled Mya as she got her out the tub wrapping her in a soft warm pony towel. "Of course you can bring all your new friends princess and mommy will be at work the whole day tomorrow promise no surprises."

Jessica carried Mya to her nursery where she lasted her in the changing table and gently dubbed her entire body down with bedtime baby lotion before getting her into a clean diaper. "Its getting to be a little princess bedtime. Should we read a bedtime story tonight?" Jessica dressed Mya in a pair of purple for pajamas that zipped in the back then clipped her pacifier to her pajamas before putting it into her mouth.  She carried Mya to the small book shelf in by the rocking chair to let her pick a book.

Mya was happy that she wouldnt have to have a baby sitter tomorrow.  Mya shivered slightly once she was taken out the bath and wrapped into the Towel " cold " she whined as she was taken to her nursery. Mya enjoyed the lotion massage Jessica gave her causing Mya yo let out a little yawn on the table. Hearing mya has to go to bed she started to pout. " I'm not sleepy wanna hear a story " she said with a whine. Once she was taken over to the book shelf mya looked at her options and picked the book Five little monkeys on the bed. " dis one mommy " she said holding the book up to Jessica.

Jessica chuckled as Mya yawned denying her tiredness. When Mya picked a book Jessica kissed the top of her forehead. "Okay baby we'll read that one. Mommy is going to fix you a bottle while I'm doing that pick 2 of your stuffies to cuddle with tonight okay princess." Jessica gently set her on her feet by the tea party table.

While Mya was picking her stuffies Jessica went to the kitchen.  She immediately set to making Mya a warm bottle of milk.  Jessica hummed enjoying having her own little one to care for.  She would be sad when things ended but for now she would enjoy this. The bottle ready Jessica went upstairs to see who Mya picked. 

She carried Mya and her chosen stuffies to the rocking chair where she got her cradledbin her arms her head resting on her breast. "Okay time for Princess Mya's bedtime story." She brought the nipple of the bottle to Mya lips. The story book in her other hand she began that story of 5 little monkeys.

Mya went over to her stuffies and looked Around to see which one she wanted to choose. She had to many to choose from And  was having a hard time picking soon she decided on her ducky and kitty stuffy. 
When Jessica came back With mya smiles and made grabby hands toward " milky mommy " she said happily wanting her bottle. She snuggled into Jessica chest with her stuffies sucking her bottle slowly enjoying the warm milky. She held both her stuffier close To her as she listened to the story about five  little monkeys. Once the story was over mya was almost sleeping but fighting going to bed. " mommy another story " she said around her bottle. She said rubbing her eyes with her hands.

Jessica smiled as she could tell Mya was seconds away from falling asleep. "No more stories princess just relax and cuddle with mommy." She kissed the top of her head and gently rocked her after switching her from the bottle to her pacifier. Jessica hummed a lullaby softly as Mya snuggled into her holding her stuffed animals.  Rubbing her back softly as they rocked until Mya was asleep. Jessica laid Myra in her crib with her stuffed animals pulling up the side of the crib so she was safe and secure.  Turning off the light a butterfly nightlight glowed near the door.  Jessica went downstairs and ate her own dinner enjoying a glass of wine before sitting down to get some documents taken care of so she'd have more time to give her attention to Mya at work.

Mya started whining when she was told she couldn't have a another story. " mommy " she whined around her pacifier. She snuggled into Jessica more rubbing her eyes listening to her hum softly soon sleep took mya over and  she was sucking her pacifer slowly.

That night mya slept through the night not even waking when she soaked her diaper. The next morning mya woke up in her crib and stretched slowly. She realized quickly her diaper was soaked and made her uncomfortable. She rolled over and grabbed her ducky and started to call for Jessica. " mommy im up " she said. While she waited mya started to play with her ducky.

Jessica had spoken up early after getting a good night's sleep. She knew she had to get her little one ready when she woke up so while Mya was asleep Jessica to a shower and had a light breakfast. She smiled hearing Mya over the baby monitor calling for her. Jessica went to the nursery. "Did I hear a little princess calling for me?"she cooed as she picked Mya up from her crib. 

Jessica laid Myra on the changing table fastening the safety belt. "Let's get Mymy in a dry diapey before breakfast." She tickled Mya tummy as she unsnapped the lower half of Mya pajamas.

Taking her feet out of the footed sleeper Jessica opened mead diaper and made quick work of wiping her clean. She powdered Mya's bottom before taping a dry diaper between her legs. Jessica really got mad get back into the pajamas and snapped the buttons.

"Upsie daisy" Jessica picked up Mya carrying her downstairs to the kitchen where she got her situated in her high chair. She put a pink and purple polka dot bib on her before checking the bowl of infant cereal she had made mixing pureed peaches in to give the bland cereal some flavor. Making sure it wasn't too hot Jessica began feeding Mya her breakfast making silly sounds with each bite.

Mya made grabby hands towards Jessica when she came in the nursery " mommy " she said excitedly. She smiled as Jessica laid her in the changing table to get her diaper changed. She giggled as her diaper was changed. " mommy can we go swimming today with my ducky " she asked as she was taken to the kitchen for breakfast. 
mya watched as Jessica got her breakfast together she realized lately she been eating more baby food she didn't mind it but she would prefer pancakes for breakfast. She opened slightly for the oatmeal as her mommy made cooing sounds to her. Mya was giggling as Jessica fed her so she got some cereal on her bib and face. " baba " she said reaching for her milk. 
While mya was eating breakfast Megan mya older sister had sent Jessica a text saying 

hey Jessica how's mya doing? I'm in town today and was wondering if you guys would like to meet for lunch today?

When Mya had finished her breakfast Jessica have her baby girl a bottle of milk.  While she was cleaning up the dishes she saw the text from Megan. Jessica hadn't taken Mya to many public places since her doctor's appointment except for the park and the toy store.  She wasn't sure how Mya would feel meeting up with her sister in a public setting her first time seeing her in her diapers. 

*hey Meg, she's doing great just finishing her breakfast.  Let's have lunch at my office I'll order in.  Mymy might be embarrassed for you to see her as she is. If things go well we can go out for dinner tonight.*

Jessica sent the text then picked up Mya from her highchair. "Time for mommies little princess to get dressed for another fun day". She cooed to Mya as she took her to her nursery. Jessica really took Mya pajamas of then dressed her in a cute elmo skirt outfit putting her hair into a ponytail.  Jessica held up some red cross and white sandals.  "Which shoes today princess? "

Mya sat back in her high chair and enjoyed the cool milk. She could get use to morning like these. Mya watched Jessica's as She drank her bottle wondering who she was trying probably something to do with work mya thought.She made grabby hands for Jessica When she was taken out her high chair and brought upstairs to her nursery. 
 

Mya looked down at her outfit as Jessica dressed her it was extremely babyish and Mya was slightly embarrassed to be wearing it. Before picking she said " I don't wanna babysitter today " mya then looked at her shoes option and picked the red crocs. " can I watch Elmo when we get to your office " she asked sucking them pacifier Jessica clipped to her shirt. 
 

megan responses was that works great I can't wait to see mya now.

Jessica couldn't help but say aww as Mya looked adorable. She took a quick picture of her after getting her crocs on.  Jessica set Mya on the soft carpeted floor of her nursery.

"No sitter today mommy promises. Why don't you pick two of your friends to come with us today." While Mya was picking her stuffies Jessica packed her diaper bag packing diapers, wipes, two extra outfits in case Mymy got messy, extra pacifiers,and bibs. She had some bottles in the fridge she would grab before they left. 

Jessica texted Megan back sending her work address as well as the picture she took of Mya.  It would make it less shocking if she saw before hand. She wanted Megan's visit to be good for both sisters. 

Jessica picked up Mya after she chose her stuffies and set her in her play pen. "Mommy is going to pack your bottles then we'll go bye bye". She tickled Mya's tummy before going to the kitchen.
