Celebrating a Little's Birthday

What sort of special things do you fo with your little (or CG, if you're the little)? Do you get a special cake or go to special places? Looking for ideas and suggestions.

For my Daddy and I it can depend so we have a tendency to take a bit of a spontaneous approach. As I am genderfluid and my gender and likes tend to fluctuate He does different things based on the day and my gender at the time.

We've done things like museum visits, Build a Bear outings, a picnic at the park with a special birthday cupcake, a small unicorn themed party and more.

Basically we found the best is to just talk and share ideas so both of us are comfortable and can have a great time celebrating together ?
