Things won't be so bad or embarrassing for those using Paci's with the public MASKED requirements in some locations.

Of course the speech ability will still be impaired !

On another note the MASK's color should be PINK with a printed image of what other than a Paci - maybe even so to

have a hole in the MASK for the Paci to protrude through - - -

I've been lucky-  The few situations I've been daring enough to do this, I've been out with my Daddy-Dom.  I simply let him take control of conversations, and it hasn't been an issue thus far.
