Having a accident in the park

So many of us are 24/7 .  It is bound to happen.  Right after leaving home and heading to the park for playing sports or just relaxing.  A accident happens.  What to do.  Luckily more often than not my wife tries to walk with me to the bathroom and then changes me.  She tries to do it as fast as possible. Sometimes the accident is more than others.  I sometimes cry because I'm embarrassed.  But again it happens.
