Car Crash Regression rp idea

I had an idea where a couple's teenage son is is horribly injured in a car crash that leaves him with extensive damage to his bladder and bowels as well as with the mind of an infant due to spinal cord injury. They decide it would be best if they re-raised him, since all their other kids have left for college and they don't get to see them that often, he's technically the only baby left.  I'd also love to do this with a father and son instead. I prefer to be the baby, unless someone else knows what they're doing.

Here's a list of what I'd like to include:
Breastfeeding
Diaper messing/accidents/peeing/pooping during changes
Drooling
