Pregnant sister starts early (Open for one partner will change to private once started))

We're sisters, I'm pregnant. The father is not around for whatever reason, maybe he's in the military maybe he died, maybe he just ditched me because he's dumb. It doesn't much matter to me because I wanted kids and I'm successful enough in business  to support myself. You're my younger sister and our parents passed away recently leaving me to look after you. Over the course of the first month or so I notice you're not quite as responsible as I thought and on top of that you're having issues with your bladder control. You thought you were hiding it pretty well but I'm more observant than you seem to think. ( This is just kind of a frame work, if you don't like the idea of being sisters you could be my friend or some random young woman I hire to be the nanny up to you. open to any suggested changes.)
