Downstairs, in the dungeon, the receive an order for a “full package”. They get their orderlies ready in all white, give them a straight jacket, their standard intake bag and send them off with a wheelchair to collect their patient.

they ring the bell to the suite and wait for an answer

The three of them smile and rush inside closing the door behind them. One gets the cuffs ready on the wheelchair while the other two care for her. The two  of them grab her and lay her on the bed. They push a ball gag in her mouth and strip her down. They see the nipple clamps in place and pull on them but they leave it there. They untape her diaper and push a large soap stick up her ass and tape it back up without changing her.

They put a cervisl collar on her so she can only look straight ahead and secure the straitjacket on her and lift her into the wheelchair. They strap her into the chair and leave a note for her roommate and leave. They wheel her through the busiest hallways of the hotel, until they reach the dungeon.

She is confused whats going on but waits to see what happens in the dungeon

They push her into the dungeon. A voice comes from above “Rules before we go any farther. One, You are not allowed to speak unless spoken to. Two, There is no safe word for you, as per your notes. Three, you will be here until we return you to the room, maximum of four nights and four days. Blink your eyes twice if you agree to this, blink three times if you don’t.”

She blinks twice

“Okay men get things ready for this slut.” Everyone that is besides her disperses and gets things ready at their stations.

the main guy talking comes over to her and wheels her to the exam table. He unstraps her and lays her down. He inserts a tube that goes in one nostril and down into her stomach. She is pulled down into stirrups and locked into place. A guy, from the room, helps his boss get her straight jacket off. “Hey boss, look at the surprise she has waiting for us.” They remove it and see the nipple clamps she has on. “Oh!, she is going to love having those come off!” He said chuckling. They strap each arm, her chest and waist down to the table as a bright light shines from above.

Boss “I’m going to examine you to make sure you are fit to receive this punishment. Blink twice if you understand, three times and if you don’t consent. This will be the last time I ask this question.” He moves the light off her face and focuses it on her body.

He puts it in her mouth and straps it behind her head. “Now to these nipple clamps.” He removes them both at the same time knowing that the blood rushing back into them is going to be painful.

She yelps loudly as feeling came back not likeing it

“I will start with your head” he looks into her eyes, nose and ears. “I’ll get to your mouth soon enough” he says as he puts a finger through the gag

She gags and squirms a little bit but stays still afterwards trying to be good

He laughs to himself about her gag reflex as he pulls his finger out. He feels down her neck and down each arm checking every pore. He gets to her legs and goes up from her feet. He then stops before he reaches her pubic region. He puts on gloves and goes back up to her nipples and does a breast exam making sure to spend a lot of time on her nipples.
