Jim then blushed a little more and said, "Please don't say that about their height. I guess i'll to act "younger" than them. Not sure how im going to do it though uncle mikey. I mean should I talk slower or something?"

Mike put a hand on the boys shoulder and gave it a squeeze “it it make you feel better your close in height that why we need to keep you barefoot from now on and no, just act like you maybe just more excited kids realky aren'tall that different you’ll see sweetheart” he pulled the boy into a hug

Jim raised his eyes as he hugged Mike back, "Alright unckie Mike, if you say so." Jim then said, "Alright! Lets go meet the guys!"

Just then there was a knock at the door. Make gave Jim’s bum a pat “go on sweetheart answer the door please”

Jim let out a small oof at surprise and delight. He ran to the door as he took a deep breath, looking back at Mike and gave him a nod. Opening the door he said, "Hey guys! Long time no see."

Cody smiled when the door was opened “Hi Jamie, it’s only me tonight I like your little jammies”

"Hey Cody." Jim said in a small tone. He then shook his head and said, "Thanks Cody! My uncle Mike helped me with this outfit! But that just mean it's the two of us, yay!"

Mike smiled “okay boys I’m going to start to cook some dinner for us “you two behave and remember Cody is in charge, Jamie why don’t you pick a book and Cody will read it to you, I have a bunch of pictures books over there”

Jim for a second looked at Mike with a confused face before he realized what his situation was. "Oh good idea Uncle. Come on cody we can do." Jim paused for a second while looking at the books, "Um, I guess...winnie the pooh looks alright."

Cody nodded “good choice Janie, I liked those when I was little too” he grabbed the book then pulled Jim to the sofa and sat down. He patted his lap

Jim was a bit shocked at Cody's strength. But after being pulled by Cody, he took a deep sigh as he turned around and gently sat into Cody's lap.

Cody practicly beamed and pulled Jim in with a small. Squeeze he started to read . He was a good reader. “Are you paying attention Little Jamie”

There was a small oof from Jim as he landed on Cody's lap. "Yes cody I'm paying attention. You're so good at reading, not even my uncle reads this well."

Cody smiled “thank Little Jamie, hey are you really my age... your kind of little”

Jim was taken back by the question, "Oh um...well you see." Jim was trying to find words, but he couldnt say he was older than Cody. He wouldnt believe him. "Well...well I uh, maybe i'm a little younger..by like a few months or a year. But i'm around your age Cody...but but can you keep reading?" Jim said as his voice cracked the whole time

Cody laughted “your just little that’s all...” he held up his hand to the so,e of Jim foot showing that his hand was bigger but that just makes you cute I think”

"Well we all can't be as big and strong as you Cody." Jim said as he couldn't believe as small he was compared to kid like cody. He knew he was always short, but the comparison enforced it.

Cody beamed “that’s okay, from now on, I’ll be your big brother and I’ll protect you and take care of you” he hugged the biy

Jim let out a small laugh and said, "Tha...thanks Cody, always wanted a big brother." Jim hugged Cody back

"oOh um...my job is to let big bro protect and take care of me?" Jim responded
