well i had a few the 1st is a bleach idea where soi fon and rangiku are dr n nurse team after sq 4 got over loaded toshiro is found to be there biological child as such would be transfered to there care (if under 18 normol parenting laws but if you want 18 + soi fon could deam him unable to care for self lieing on the records to force him be babyed)

i was hopen nurse rangiku could be interpted as fun loveing person caven rules n such

wile dr soi fon could be interpted as a health nut vegan overly strict and trying to make him more docile by sisying, pet play, medical use, sleeping gas, enemas force feeding baby foods , restrints, rectal thermoiters and more
