I pulled up to this new place, the rejuvenate. Whatever the hell that meant! I think it means re-teaching me some new things, better than jail, i guess.

Tom: Ellen and i are waiting to be called in to take custody of our new charge. We wonder what she will be like.

Ellen: We are soon called and taken down a long hallway to a room that you are in

I see two people enter my room. What the hell do they want? I asked myself. I then realized that they will probably be the people walking me through the rejuvenate program. I then started thinking about some things that I had looked up earlier, maybe they went through my search history and decided  those things would be best, maybe they just decided to do the same thing with everyone. I had no idea

Tom: Hi there little girl what's your name

"I'm Maureen, and why are you calling me little I'm 5'9" I said slightly intimidated.

Ellen: Because you are our little girl as of now

Tom: I watch

"What does that mean?" I asked with a slightly angry tone.

Ellen: That means that for the remainder of your sentence we will be your parents

"what does that mean" I was confused, did that mean they were going to take care of me or did that mean something else

Tom: We will be taking care of you 

Ellen: We wait to see what you are going to say

"okay, take me wherever then" I casually stood in place and held my hand out, I just wanted this to be over as soon as possible.

Ellen: Well hold my hand please 

Tom: We go out to the car and I open the back passenger door and you see a big car seat

"What's this, how long will the drive be? I get carsick really easily when I sit in the back? Why is there a car seat" I keep asking random questions. I waited for one of them to respond

Tom: It is for your safety princess

Ellen: The drive will be like a hour and yes i do have bags if you get sick now in you get

I sat in the seat my head immediately hit the roof of the car. I had to bend down a little bit so that I wouldn't hit my head again for the rest of the ride.

"Why'd you call me princess?" I asked.

Tom: Because you are now our little princess since we are your parents till you complete this (i drive us all home)

Ellen: I wait as you drive and smile to myself

While we drove there I thought about all of this, like what they meant by they were my parents. I was confused.

Once the car stopped I stared at the place that we stopped at with confusion.
