Caring In An Asylum (Private)

Nora Ling was a twenty-three year old woman with long black hair, bright blue eyes, and was a little on the short side. She was a kind and caring person but was a little lonely since she had no children of her own. Nora had recently graduated from college with a degree in psychology and was now about to start her first day working at an asylum. She was a little worried that some of the patients might not open up to her but pushed the thoughts out of her head as she went to go see her first patient.

Nora's first patient was Melissa Waters, an 18 year old girl who recently became the victim of a devastating car accident that took her parent's lives and left her with almost irreparable brain damage. Despite being a fully grown young woman, Melissa was mentally reduced to the level of a toddler, and was placed in the asylum as she had no one to care for her in this state. At the moment, Melissa was sitting up on her bed, swinging her legs and babbling idly to herself. Her brown eyes were looking down at the floor, and her red hair was done up in a ponytail so that she wouldn't play with it and get it all messy. She was wearing a shirt with some flower designs on it and a pair of jeans, which had a distinct bulge due to the diaper she was wearing underneath. Melissa had no idea that Nora was coming for her, but she would likely be happy to see a new woman in her room.

Nora was very surprised when she opened the door and saw Melissa for the first time. The girl didn't look anything like she was expecting and looked normal. She was surprised to see her patient was up and quickly walked over to introduce herself. "Hi there. I'm Nora. What's your name ?" Nora asked Melissa as she noticed the diaper sticking out from the jeans.

Melissa didn't really understand the question, so she continued babbling happily at Nora. Eventually however, she did say "Mewissa," indicating that she was at least aware of her own name. While she was sitting up in the bed, she began to squirm slightly. Melissa didn't realize it, but she had wet her diaper while sleeping last night, and it was now starting to disturb her.

"Well Melissa looks like you could use a fresh diapee. How about we get you changed ?" Nora asked Melissa as she saw her squirming around. She was glad to hear the girl could say her name but wasn't sure how much she could understand. As she pulled down the woman's pants to get a look at the diaper she wondered if it had leaked. Nora didn't see much else in Melissa's room except for her bed and some baby toys.

Melissa's diaper was fairly wet, but thankfully it didn't leak into the bed. Melissa didn't really understand what Nora was saying, but when her pants were pulled down, she could see her wet diaper. "Diapee," Melissa said, poking at the wet spot. The diaper was a standard white medical diaper, so the yellow urine soak was very noticeable.

Nora was very surprised when she saw Melissa was wearing a plain white diaper. She guessed that the girl had probably had her diaper changed recently to make sure it didn't leak. Either way she was going to put the girl in some much more absorbent diapers. "Let's find you some new diapees. Just remember no yelling" Nora told Melissa as she was sure that she would love the idea of new diapers.

Melissa perked up when she heard Nora mention new diapers. "New diapee!" She echoed, clapping her hands excitedly. In her mentally reduced state, getting new diapers seemed like a big adventure for Melissa. She eagerly waited for Nora to get her those new diapers.

"That's right new diapers but we have to be quiet" Nora told Melissa as she pulled her pants back up for her. She hoped the asylum would have some diapers with designs on them for the patient. It would be a good idea to take the girl with her to see how well she could follow orders and if she could walk or needed to crawl. Nora offered Melissa her hand to hold while they were walking around the asylum.

Melissa nodded her head at Nora's request to be quiet, although once they get the diapers, she might forget due to her excitement. As she took Nora's hand, Melissa walked along with her. Her steps were a bit uncoordinated, but she was still capable of walking despite thinking she was a baby. Once they had been walking for a while, Melissa tugged on Nora's arm. "New diapee?" She asked again, getting a bit impatient.

Nora was pleased to see that Melissa could still walk but it seemed like she needed someone to hold her hand just in case. "Almost" She told the girl knowing she was getting impatient when she heard the question. After a few more steps there were in a new room this one decorated with changing tables and a closet full of diapers. Nora opened the closet and began looking for diapers in Melissa's size.
