Chris quietly fell into sleep and woke up an hour later “Dada um wake Dada”

Cody heard Chris and went I go get him. “ hey baby have nice nap dada wants to go over some new rules okay l Cody said brining Chris down stairs.

Chris looked confused “bats Dada I already gots lots a rules don’t need no more Dada”

“ yes you do baby “ Chris said. He went to the couch and sat chris on his lap. 

“ from now on you name is baby not Chris I don’t want you tell anyone your name is Chris. Also you are just to small to walk without someone holding your hand so you go crawl.  Last rule you are to drink lots of bottles “ Chris said.

“But but but I hates those rules and don’t need em an I yike my name an an an” He started to cry

Cody got up and went and made Chris a bottle then  cuddled him. “ baby these are just so your safe okay no need to cry. Dada wouldn’t make you do anything he didn’t think was right “ Cody said as he cuddles Chris.

Chris hiccuped “but why I gots to be a baby an change my name I yike my old name”

“ because cause baby that’s what you are a baby and if we call you Chris you will think your a big boy “

“But that’s not fair I didn’t ask for this and I yike my name and everyone finks um a baby and I hate it”

“ yes it is baby you just a tiny baby. And if you just accept that your baby everything will be better “ Cody said as he cuddles Chris.

“No” Chris flailed “no I’m not tiny or a baby your just a yier an a meany”

Cody rocked Chris in his arms and placed the bottle in his mouth while he had his little tantrum. 

“ baby you need to understand you are a baby nothing but a baby and always will be a baby. Your so little it might take for ever to grow up again.” Cody said to Chris as he rocked and drank.

Chris accepted the bottle even as he struggled inspite of himself he began to calm down he took a deep breath “ but Dada I don’t want to be a baby and not forever how can I be big again yike I used to be”

“Baby you were never big you were a baby and always will be a baby. Nothing going to change that espically now that you live with me “Chris explained.

Chris was so confused he wanted to hit Cody even as he cuddled closer “but Dada when can I start to grow up I don wan to be yittle forevers”

“ baby don’t rush growing up okay it will take sometime before your even close to out of diapers “ Cody said as he cuddled the little boy.

“Well I hate that” Chris pouted “can we go to the park now”

“ sorry baby the park is on hold because you need to learn your a baby “ Cody said putting chris on the ground. “ okay crawl over to me”

Chris sat up and crossed his arms “no it’s barrassin” he didn’t move

“ come on baby come to dada “ Cody coord to Chris like he was a real baby. “ i know you can do it”

Chris just glaired “I can come to you, I just won’t” He was feeling more clear and big then usual and he felt angry

 Cody sat for a second. “ well I guess that means you to small to crawl than which makes you a little little baby’s that’s okay my little little baby “ Cody said trying to find a different approach.

“Um not yittle yittle “ Chris said defensively “see I can crawl like a big boy” he crawled to Cody
