Step one find good heavy cardboard box fold it in to a rectangle just wide enough to spread your legs so you can't walk when it is pulled tightly against your crotch next duct tape the card board to stay folded wrap a trash bag around it to seal the card board from liquid the roll it all up in a bath towel so as to pad the card board next fold the ends of the bath towel to create belt loops next sew towel belt loops in place or cut to vertical slots in each end of towel so you can run a zip tie thru them to hold belt loops in place next run belt thru belt loops pull tight against crotch it should fit like a booster pad that's long enough to go up to your belly button and lower back optional take what ever material you want to make a cover over it I used a clean blue printed baby bed sheet and sewed around it you could also run suspenders thru the belt
