HELP! I Need helping locating a image

Hello, I saw this image on Instagram and cant find the true owner of it? Was wondering if anybody could possibly help me out? 

I have downloaded the image and saved it And have attached it to this forum. The only places I have found the image was on Instagram called that was called cali.diapered

I have shared it on my Tumblr (Ellieiswet) put that was just so I would not lose the image. Please don't follow me I don't do anything on it. Its just somewhere for me to store pics. I'm just sharing so people know the place where the image can be found.
