The Tornado Threw him a Baby Brother who is Ten

Jason sat down at the table, and he started to try to wake Domini.

"We're back, and I'd like you to try to eat, buddy," he said.

He didn't know if Jessica was okay or not, but he noticed she had not been to the bathroom either in a while and started to worry that she might be wet, too.  She was a girl though.  He wasn't sure if he should check her or even what he should do if she was indeed wet....  It might not be ideal for a boy to change a little girl, but then, with only him being there, who else could do it, if she was uncomfortable?  Maybe she was big enough to do it herself, and wasn't as dependable as Domini?

Jessica may not have been to the bathroom for a while but she wasn't wet she could go to the bathroom by herself. Even in these trying times she was your standard 11 year old Dominic on the other hand was flooding his diaper in his sleep it felt warm and comfy

"Domini, wake up," Jason cooed at him.  "We have dinner, buddy!"

He kept trying to get him to wake up.

"Come on, let's eat, buddy."

Dominic starts whining as his sleep is disturbed. He's sniffling and rubs his eyes and sits up from Daddy's shoulders and looks around and sees that they are back in the day care. Jessica goes to use the bathroom and wash her hands for dinner

"We have some dinner," Jason told him.  "It's not the  best stuff, but it will keep us strong until mommy comes back."

He then starts to spoon it on a spoon to feed him since he seems pretty tired.

"How about I just feed it to you.  Is that okay?" Jason asked him.

He nods and opens his mouth a little bit and when Daddy feeds him some of the food gets on and around his lips Jessica comes back and starts eating her own food and smiles watching the adorable little Dominic get fed by his daddy. At this point she's accepted that he's a baby and thinks it's really cute

Jason looked over at her and smiled.

"Are you a big girl?" he asked her.  "I didn't even say anything to you, and you went to the bathroom like a big girl.  I hope Dominic is watching big sissy."

He continued to feed him though and pat his lap as he did so.  He didn't mind Dominic being like a baby at the moment.  Actually it made his job easier because the boy wouldn't leave his side like this, so he didn't have to worry about where he was all the time.

Jessica smiled taking Pride at being called a big girl and grabs her food and around the table and sits in Jason lap Dominic has a little mess around his mouth and when he chews he chews with his mouth open like a little baby would

Jason tried to ignore how he ate because he kept wanting to scold him even if it was kind of cute.  He wondered if his mother always let him eat like that.

Once he had him fed, he changed his diaper and then laid the children down together to sleep.

Again, as he put them down, he wondered where their parents were, and why wasn't the girl's parents picking her up?  They had to know she was here, didn't they?

Luckily Jessica's mother was found and was taken to the hospital which miraculously was not touched by any of the tornadoes and had a backup generator so the power is on over there and she is on life support but she will make it as for Dominic and Jason's mothers they are still surviving Underground and have enough supplies to last them a few more days

(Not really sure where to go from here....  You took the lead in having her mom found, and in the moms being trapped underground, so I'm not really sure what to post at the moment?  Jason was already feeding Domini, right?)

( Dominic and Jessica have eaten and are currently taking a nap the moms will still be out of the story due to being hurt)

Jason settled down for a little sleep once he realized the kids were sleeping.

He felt like this was going to be a much longer experience than he had bargained for.  IN some ways, he was happy that he could be there for the two little kids, but in other ways, he was scared for them, and for him not really knowing what to do to take care of them if something important came up.

(Yes you said she got her before right? So she'll be in the hospital for a while)

 

Dominic wiggled around in his sleep and to not be in a bed with bars or crib and nobody holding him he's free to move around as he pleases especially if he wakes up in the middle of the night

Jason was able to find a nice place to put both kids down for sleep, and then he went and got into bed himself.

It had been a long couple of days.

He did start to worry a lot more about the moms, even Jessica's parents, because everyone else had found their parents and were going home, but the kids he was watching, and himself, he had no idea of where they were... the parents!

Dominic gets up and starts walking around the daycare well Jessica is asleep and he is unsupervised he just walks around and messing around with stuff even stuff that he is not supposed to

Jason was asleep, so he didn't know that Dominic was up and playing around....

(What's going to happen?)

( I was thinking Jason would get up and see that he shouldn't be able to get out of bed on his own so he puts him in the crib)

 

Dominic is in the kitchen pulling out pots and pans to play around with banging on them like a small child would he then goes and pulls everything out of the diaper bag and throw them around playfully

Jason heard commotion and looked at the clock.  It was way too early!

He went towards the noise and found his little wanderer playing with diapers and everything he could get his hands on!

He sighed and picked him up.

"Domini, it's not even five in the morning yet!  Everyone is trying to sleep, buddy!"

He was just lightly scolding him though.  He figured that the new place and getting used to things had turned the little explorer into his usual curious self.

He put him in one of the cribs.

"Go to sleep, buddy.  I'll let you out when it's time to wake up."

Then he went and got him a bottle of juice to put him down with.

After he got Domini settled, he checked on Jessica and covered her exposed bottom up because he could see her panties since her sleepshirt had ridden up and the blankets had been kicked off.  Then he went and found his bed again to sleep.

Dominic suckled on the bottle as he started falling back to sleep he rolled and round in the crib till he was just leaning against bumpers and then he just sleeps peacefully laying on his tummy and he puts his thumb in his mouth as he sleeps

A few hours later, Jason woke up and looked around.

He found some of the food they gave him the day before and started to make oatmeal for the kids.  Luckily, there was running water now, and the electric was back on.  The stove was a range style for electricity rather than a gas one for the kids' safety.

He was just getting the oatmeal near to being finished when he thought he heard one of the kids stirring.

Jessica walks and rubbing her eyes "good morning" as she walked up to him and gives him a little hug and goes to sit down at the table and grabs a little book nearby to occupy her time until breakfast is ready

Jason smiled at her.

"As soon as I get Domini, I'll be back to get you both some cereal, okay?"

He then went to check on Domini.

"Hey, buddy.   Are you awake?"

It was almost nine by then.
