so To day I  I wore a diaper I started peeing in the morning but it slowly stopped I went back on the toilet for a couple of hours and see if that would keep my sphincter open for a wile and now I’m starting to pee again but for some reason my back  hurts when I try to keep the sphincter open I don’t know if it’s because it’s a  muscle trying to fight  Or what
