Nurse practitioner turned baby

Rebecca had just graduated med school but noone believed her because she is the size of a 9 year old she got a job as a nurse practitioner but was always made fun of because of her size she tried to keep calm and do her job. Rebecca is simply the youngest in her group of nurses completing their first residency at the hospital. Yes she looks immature and so she’s approached to return to the pediatrics wing often and she’s often volunteered to be the model for learning nursery skills...the head nurse has it out for her. She doesn’t think a puny little thing like her should be able to cut it and so is trying to make her quit. But Rebecca is resolved to stay despite the hazing.  (I'll play Rebecca)
