London Diapers

If I were to be off to London in awhile, instead of bringing more than a few diapers with me, where should I go when in London to buy upmarket diapers (nappies, I suppose?)? Is it possible to find Abena X-Plus there, or similarly thick and absorbent product? Where should I find them? Boots?

If I remember rightly, there's a chemist called John Bell & Croydon in central London somewhere that certainly used to hold some in stock.

Just an update and clarification -- Bell and Croydon do not sell Abena X-Plus, but they do carry the entire Tena range there. Tena Slip Maxi sells for 13.99 (pounds).
