Zack was happy he could be five. It wouldn't be hard he would be as good as possible. " can go to the toy store daddy please. I want some ninja turtle toys " zack said. He was so happy right now. He bounced up and down." Daddy what about work do I have to go? Or can I stay with you all day."

Michael chucked he loved seen no his boy happy "sweetie Daddy still has to work so tomorrow you will come with me and we will figure it out. But your days of work are over. I'll have to get a sitter or a nanny for you now baby lets

Zack knew not to worry about it his daddy would figure it out. When he got picked up he put his arms around micheal and couldn't wait to eat.

Michael bright Zack to the car this time placing him in the back seat and adjusting the seat belt " sure baby" he drove to the Olive Garden attached to the local mall

Zack smiled and says he couldn't wait to go to Olive Garden he hadn't been there in years. When micheal asked him he was confused. " I don't know daddy. " zack said shrugging. " why do I need rules I'm a really good boy "

Michael said "honey, I know that but we need rules for safety like stay with daddy, hold my hand, don't talk to strangers be a polite little boy on baby"

Zack could handle the rules. " okay daddy. Can we go now I'm really hungry " zack said trying to unbuckle his seatbelt.

"Take a breath baby daddy's coming" Michael got out went around and unbuckled Zack once again lifting him onto his hip "let's go eat sweet heard" they walked into the restaurant "one adult and one child please"

Zack did just that and waited for micheal to come get him. Once they got in the restaurant he smiled he wondered what the waiter thought of him. Then remembered he was dressed younger. She brought them to there table giving zack a coloring book.

Michael watched his little boy coloring amazed by how cute the little boy was he tapped Zacks nose "sorry baby no soda it's bad for little boys especially this close to bedtime"

Zack stopped coloring and pouted. " but daddy please I promise I'll go to bed " he whined to him.

Cupping Zacks cheek Michael said "daddy doesn't speak whine baby and no my decision is final. No soda, it's bad for you you'll drink milk with dinner from now one love"

Zack pouted. That wasn't fair in his mind. He just wanted alittle with his dinner.

"Sweetie you said you'd be good remember, trust daddy baby. I know what's b st for my little boy"

Zack stopped pouring micheal was right he did say he would be good. " I'm sorry daddy " he said softly. Then went back to coloring his picture for micheal. " daddy look it's me and you " he said proud holding his picture up of them in the park.

"Oh sweetie" Michael gushed "it's beautiful, my little boy is a very good artist and that is going right on the fridge when we get home"

Zack loved how micheal beamed of his drawing. Zack placed his picture down and started to get worried about tomorrow again. " daddy.." he said softly looking down.

Seeing Zacks face Micheal looked concerned "what baby what's going on in that cute little head. How can daddy help"

"Daddy I don't want a mean babysitter when I was a real kid my babysitter use to pick on mean " zack said starting to tear up a bit.

Taking a deep breath Michael looked at Zack "Zacky ban I know this will be an adjustment but daddy will take care of everything I have a plan we have an intern named Kevin you might remember him I think he worked for you anyway he 18 and we didn't really know what to do with him but not I'm gonna no to give him a very important job, he'll take care of you all day while daddy has to work and we'll set up a little play room just for you. How does that sound baby boy"

Zack felt much better. He talked to Kyle twice before he seemed nice. " I don't care daddy as long he's nice and I get to see you at lunch time please. I don't want to go the whole day with out my new daddy. That wouldn't be fun. " zack said with a relief. He couldn't believe how much his life changed in the past two hours. First he was kicked out now he was happy as a little boy.

Michael smile the waitress came and dropped thier food off tucking not a napkin into Zacks collar like a bib he said

Zack smiled when his food came in. He dug into it fast getting it on his face. Half way threw he started to drink his milk. He forgot that sometimes milk made his stomach hurt.

Michael enjoyed his dinner. While eating he happily chatted with his little boy once they were done he payed then took a napkin and began wiping Zacks face saying " my messy little boy how was your dinner sweetie"
