Tour Bus Baby (private me & Danny)

[Danny]

Dan smiles "I think so but I think your mom might be feeding him. It's up to her. But they'll be joining us for dinner. Do either of you have to potty before dinner?"

Emily: "No I don't hafta go"

Riley sits down to eat.

He runs over with a spoonful of food for the baby.

"Baby brother hungry"

[Danny]

Dan looks at Mark "buddy. I think your mommy is going to feed the baby herself" 

[bigbabymikey1062]

"Can she feed me too? I'm hungwy"

[Danny]

Dan looks at you and then at Mark "your daddy will explain buddy" 

[bigbabymikey1062]

Cam struggles to feed the baby and hold Riley

Mark takes Riley
"I'll hold you buddy. I know this is hard. Later we'll go do big boy stuff with Uncle Dan. Would you like that?"

Riley: "yes"

Mark puts Riley down

"Dan what can we do with him?"

[Danny]

Dan looks at you "we can take him to a soccer game? Or to the cinema? Must be lots of things we can do"

Looks at Riley and then Mark "I think he might need some time with you. Just daddy and son time. I shouldn't get in your way"

"Dude, I insist. Come with us to... I was gonna say bowling but I like your idea better. A movie it is.

 

Let's go tommorow"

 

Riley: "Yay"

 

 

 

 

[Danny]

Looks at you "bowling is good with me too"

"Alright. Let's do it"


The kids finish dinner.

Mark does the dishes.

Cam: "Dan, can you hold the baby while I eat?"

[Danny]

Dan looks nervous "Okay sure" I say as I carefully take Benjamin from Camilla and holds him in my arms "you are just adorable.  You definitely take after your mommy don't you little one"

He coos

 

Cam: "Aww. You're natural. How are things going at the daycare?"

 

 

[Danny]

I smile as I rock him gently.

"Things are going good thanks. Nice group of well behaved children. It's good experience and it's nice to help out' 

[bigbabymikey1062]

"Good. Thanks for helping us out over at the cartoon. I think Mark's coming back soon. I'm staying home with the baby for a while.

I could go back earlier, I just don't have anyone to watch him."

Benjamin falls asleep

[Danny]

Looks at you "if you want to go back to work then I can watch him. I look after Emily and Riley when there's no daycare.  And you and Mark deserve a night out together. It's up to you"

"No it's ok. I'll have a few weeks off. I'll figure it out. There's a spot open in the baby room at the daycare

Thanks though"

[Danny]

"Well I'll be at the daycare so I'll be looking after him but you know where me and Rachel are if you need us. We're always happy to help. Mark is like a brother to me"

"Thanks that's sweet"

The baby starts crying.

"I think he's wet. I'll take care of it"

[Danny]

Lokks at you "Are you sure? I don't mind. You should take a break. You've had a of things on your mind.  Maybe ask Mark to change him?"

"Mark's busy with Riley.

I'll take care of it"

She gets the changing supplies ready and undoes his onesie

[Danny]

Looks at her and nods "I'll give you some privacy" I say as I leave the room and heads to my bedroom

Riley knocks on Dan's door after a few minutes.

"Hi Dan. I want to wear diaper"

He takes one of the baby's diapers out of his pocket and lays down

[Danny]

Looks at you shocked "Riley. Buddy you're a big boy. You're doing so well at using the potty. Why don't you I get your daddy talk and you can talk to your daddy about this? Why do you want to go back to diapers?"

"Mommy holds the baby. Maybe she hold me"

[Danny]

Dan looks at you "buddy. Maybe you should talk to your daddy about this. I can't diaper you unless your mommy and daddy say it's okay. And you've been doing great with the potty training.  Your mommy will hold you. You just need to ask her to cuddle you"
