If you could direct your own Abdl porn

Recommended Posts

Ah! I enjoy this question. I just wish I got to it sooner. I'm really into film and filmmaking, so I love all the ABDL pornos out there, but they're extremely cheesy and lacking when it comes to the writing. Even the directing is quite lousy. "Alright, keep rubbing the front of your diaper after you peed" Doesn't really strike me as a good porno, especially when a girl's been rubbing herself raw like 10 minutes post urination.

Emphasis in bold is mine, but this is really the main problem with ABDL pornos whether they're mass-produced "commercial" efforts or homemade material from actual AB/DLs. I don't even mind if someone continues to rub a diaper for a bit after they've orgasmed because I've been guilty of doing that myself, and it's the kind of thing like a building falling in slow motion that never happens in real life, but that we buy in every action flick imaginable. My real problem is that everybody seems to shoot a static shot of the exact same scene with a camera that never moves anywhere for the duration of the video. If there's a plot, it's usually a very thin one, and that's driven home hardest with crappy gear and terrible directing (and in several cases "acting") skills. The one good thing about "homemade" content is that the acting is natural, but everything else is usually still a mess.

If I were directing, it'd be either a multi-camera or multi-take shoot. (I'm tempted to go with multi-cam just to avoid any blatant discrepancies between something like a close up and medium shot of a diaper being wet.) I'd want to shoot on something like the Blackmagic URSA if I could afford it, but even the Blackmagic Production Camera 4K would be a leap above what most people are using, even if I needed a sound guy with separate audio gear, which is how things used to be done anyway. At worst, the Panasonic DVX200 would be a good camera once it's calibrated. (I can live with the fixed lens even if I'd prefer an interchangeable option for the MFT sensor.) I'd want someone who understands audio involved with the production too, specifically so that there would be decent quality sound that doesn't sound like someone stuck their phone in a tin can and hit record.

As for the story, I think you'd either have to take a sci-fi or "psychological drama" route to avoid the pitfall of the film being extremely cheesy. With a sci-fi route you could have some event that regresses your characters to more babyish versions of themselves retaining some adult characteristics, that could allow for the use of diapers. With the psychological drama, you could initially work diapers in as part of a traumatic experience, and then have your characters use of them be part of a coping mechanism. Anything else tends to be problematic for this fetish, especially for first time writers.

My biggest problem though is that obnoxious fixed camera angle that never changes, or if it does change, changes maybe three times when it's obvious that the person shooting the video moved the camera to change "scenes." If someone is masturbating with her diapers we should see a medium shot of that, especially as an establishing shot, but there should also be close ups of her face, her hand, her diaper as it gets wet and as she masturbates with it, and even an extreme close up of her eyes if she squints as she starts to groan and orgasm. Cameras should go where people normally can't, and this is something that nobody ever seems to grasp when shooting AB/DL porn and porn in general. Even just changing the camera angle (without making it obvious that you also moved the camera and changed the audio) from time to time would make things look a thousand times better. Oh, and set design! This seems to be an afterthought most of the time. Occasionally someone has an AB/DL setting, but the rest of the time it's video on a white wall or in a room that has no decoration in it, and it's boring as hell. Put some stuff on the walls, buy some props, and dress the place up a bit. There's nothing worse than a video that looks like it has no background unless it's some sort of instructional/how to where a blank wall is tolerable since you're trying to focus on one task and not on a true scene in the traditional sense.

Oh and I'm also into filmmaking DrunknFox.
