Escape (private RP with Ishigreensa)

Alice smiled and nodded. That word was almost the same in swedish! "Ja, hamburgare!" the girl exlaimed and wiggled, trying to get back down on the ground so she could race off to the car... even though she didn't know where the car was parked.

Mike wouldn't let her get down though because he was afraid of losing her.

[Yuffie]

Alice let out a small yelp as Mike swatted her bum. It hadn't hurt but it sure had caught her by surprise and gained her attention. She blushed as she looked up at Mike.

She pouted. "Why can't I just hold his hand like I did with you?" she asked testily, crossing her arms over her chest, defiantly ignoring the pe and papers for now. "I'm not going to run away... and people will think I'm weird if I'm being carried around.." she added, looking over at Susan, then up at Mike.

"You feel that strongly about it?" Susan asked.

[Yuffie]

Alice nodded but pouted still. It seemed unfair. She wasn't a baby after all. "Fine." Alice replied

Mike looked at Susan for a translation, and then he nodded.

Alice looked over at Susan then over at Mike with a meek expression before she tried to mimic the strange word. "D-doun?" She looked down at and bit her lip. It was hard.
She squirmed again, then pointed down and tried it with a little more confidence. "Doun!" she smiled cutely up at Mike, hopeing she had done okay.

Mike smiled and let her down and then reached for her hand.

"Hand," he said as he took hers.

Alice beamed happily up at Mike. She understood that word! It sounded almost the same as in Swedish.
"Hand!" Alice replied with a grin and grabbed Mike's hand with both her hands, then grabbed one of his fingers with each hand. "Finger?" she then asked, hoping that was also the same.. although the 'g' sound was a little softer than English. She tugged gently on him, now really wanting to go eat. She was practically famished!

Mike nodded.

Alice just looked up at Mike with an empty expression as Mike spoke slowly. She didn't understand a single word in that sentence.
It did feel a little weird to ride in a car without a booster seat too (but it also made her feel a bit more grown up so she didn't say anything about it!)

Hamburger, Mike heard.

"Yes, honey.

Alice slid out of the car into Mike's waiting arms. She smiled as she was hugged so close. She nodded, closed her eyes and leaned into the hug.
She already knew what that word meant.. or did 'hand' also mean restaurant? She was confused but still nodded slowly as she took Mike by the hand and walked next to him inside the McDonalds.

Thankfully there wasn't a line so they just walked straight up to the counter. Alice stood up on her tippy-toes, just barely able to peek over the counter and up at the screens showing the items and menus. "Kan jag f

Mike picked her up and sat her on a raised knee so she could see better over the counter and at the picture menu on the counter.

Alice blushed a little. She felt really little as Mike picked her up and just put her on her knee. She looked up at the cashier and smiled shyly before quickly looking away up at the menu. "U-umm.." she mumbled then shook her head. "Den!" she instead chirped, pointing up towards the happy meal with McNuggets.

"Aw, sweetie, they can't see what you are pointing to," Mike said.

Alice shrunk back a little. She didn't like to cause trouble and even though there wasn't a line behind them, it was still embarrassing in a way and she was getting shy with the cashier.
She swung her feet slowly over the edge of the counter and chewed on her lower lip meekly, shaking her head a the cheeseburger and pointed instead at the chicken nuggets. "Den." she said with a squeaky little voice.. then she did something that surprised even herself.
She reached her arms out for Mike, wrapping them around his neck before gently sliding off the counter and instead clinging onto him, hiding her face against his shoulder.

Mike was really happy when she did that.

She wrapped her legs around his waist as Mike carried her and tightened her arms around his neck a bit. Alice held onto him like that until he leaned forward to put her down on the seat.
The girl yelped instantly as she felt the cold wetness on the seat. She hopped off and tried to look at her bum.. It was a big, obvious wet mark.

Mike, surprised, picked her up and felt her pants.

Alice sniffled and wiggled, trying to squirm out of his hug. Everything was going so good.. why did this have to happen?
She quickly slid out of the wet seat again as he put her back there. She didn't want to sit on someone else's puddle!

"Det var inte jag!" she cried and stomped her foot on the floor and pushed away the food. She didn't want to be here, she wanted to go home! This was just.. too much for her right now... even though it had been a relatively little thing, she was so tired, hungry and sad already.
She looked up at Mike through tearfilled eyes. "Jag vill

Mike shook his head and stood up.

Even though she was mad, partly at Mike for not understanding, she wrapped her arms and legs around him agian and buried her face against his shoulder to hide her crying and blushing face. She could still feel the eyes of the cashier upon her though as Mike spoke with her and as she helped carrying the food out to the car.

Mike thought she looked looked a little bit like a little toddler at that moment, but he pulled out a blanket he kept in his car for emergencies, and he wrapped it around her before he put her seat belt on her.

"That better?" he asked her with a smile.

Alice was thankful for the blanket, but it couldn't stop her crying... and when Mike held up the wet pants to check the size, making them visible for anyone who happend to pass by, didn't help at all.

She did calm down a little though when the car started moving because she thought that they would be going home. But it was short lived. Instead Alice let out a gasp of despair as she noticed them pulling up on the parking lot of the huge store.
She clung to the seatbelt, the door and the car, desperately wanting to stay behind as she pleaded.
