Never had diaper rash.... Alone.

I love my nappies and have wore for extended periods but never had nappy rash and I don't always wash after changing. Do you think people are more prawn to it then others?

Yes, people's skin can also change over time to become more or less prone to rashes too.

I never had diaper rash until today. I decided to sleep in my messy diaper and now i have to deal with the results

When I was a teenager and just starting out with diapers my skin was very sensitive and I had to deal with a bunch of rashes some of which were very hard to get rid of. I now know that part of that was because I didn't use powder and wipes appropriately. Once I switched to johnson's and johnson's sensitive skin powder and wipes for sensitive skin, I no longer have that problem. Diaper rashes were unpleasant and I am very happy to be rid of them

I have had a diaper rash before and it can be painful, I obtained it when I wore 24/7 however I have been fortunate to not get a rash for along time. Key is to keep skin dry and clean... as we all read and hear about on this site. I too use Johnson and Johnson sensitive skin powder which has helped over the years.
