Jack enjoyed the movie start, but he was disappointed that it had cut off before she did anything.

Nova seethed reading the next letter, no doubt giving Jack a brief little bit of entertainment at her frustration. He was bringing her FAMILY into this?! That son of a bitch! Still, she'd already painted herself into a corner, and would have to send him the other parts of that video, at least this once. If he pushed it past this one, she vowed, that was it, she was calling his bluff.

The third letter made her snarl openly, crumpling it and pocketing it. Jack could see her seethe throughout the entire class now, it even showed in her note taking while she worked. She would have likely strangled him if she had a hold of him physically. The letter he would receive with the next video reflected that nicely.
