Don't think I would want a battery like that in my diaper though. The circuit board my be flexible, but that big and heavy battery won't be.

While that is a prototype for some application, I would doubt that is the one for a diaper, and if they incorporated it to the diaper it would be most likely be smaller and incorporated into the diaper in a obviously comfortable spot. and most likely in the outer layer so that the padding would keep it away from the skin and hide it from feeling

it would be great right up till you accidentally get to close to the scanner at the supermarket checkout and diaper change required flashes up on the screen for everyone to see, imagine that the checkout operator gets on the tannoy 'DIAPER CHANGE TILL

My tens unit is powered by a 9 volt battery and I can feel that so well I have to dial it back by quite a bit.

Of course it also used a small transformer to up the voltage and also uses contact pads. Yeah, you normally wouldn't be able to feel a 9 volt battery.
