Possibly a stupid question.

When I've been wearing a diaper to bed, I've noticed that when I wake up the wetness indicators have changed colour. I don't have a bedwetting problem as far as I know lol and I am just a little curious.

Could the indicators just be changing because of sweating or is there something happening while I'm sleeping?

Just for reference, the indicators start out yellow and are a light green by the morning. Brand: Abena Abri form

Sweat, moisture or even moist air . It usual changes color after a while even if you don't pee it.

How wet is your diaper? If it's feels dry than it's more likely sweat, if it feels wet you may have had a accident while you were sleeping. Not to worry that's why we wear diapers to bed

Like lumia said. The wetness indicators will change color from sweat and moisture in the air even if you don't wet the diaper.
