And most important, DON'T STOP until swatting quite a few times AFTER NOTICEABLE CRYING.

Then, after standing in corner with red butt showing for a while, have me lay down to put a diaper back on, but swat butt again while in the diapering position, again a few times after crying starts.

NOTE: Swats should get harder after starting to cry.
