what EU brand diaper do you recommend for a very active "Little"?

i tried tena and lille. Tena is good until i start walking fast and my daily activities... then i start sweating in them. lille is wonderful but the size medium slips down very soon.... (i haven't tried the small ones yet)

Attends and Molicare Premium have "breathable wings", but in all honesty you'd probably be better with an adult pull-up or belted diaper.
