I prefer it when a girl isn't allowed to use the bathroom, and eventually looses control in her diaper. Especially if she's in that diaper long enough that it leaks BADLY. Of course, only if she's a willing participant.

it varies for me, ill take any wetting scene over none, but if i had to chose... i like it better when they act innocent, like they didnt know they did it. What I like are the pictures of gals in thick cloth or even thick disposable diapers, that are also wearing plastic pants sized the way you would expect them to be on a real baby. The plastic pants shouldn't be tight fitting, they need to be roomy adding to the bulky look of their diapers, making them look very babyish indeed. For me a gal doesn't have to act sexy to look hot in diapers and plastic pants like I've described and she doesn't even have to show you that she has wet or mess herself, you just know that anyone who looks this babyish needs her diaper checked on a regular basis.
