As a diabetic, if your concern is the sugar keep in mind that sugars from a diabetes standpoint pretty much can come from any of a number of non-fiber carbohydrates, including oatmeal.

I don't think anything will get stuck up there unless it had hooks or something to attache to the inner walls of your anus. Even if a little oatmeal did get left up there the next bowel movement will push the remains out.

I have seen people use milk, but have never heard of oatmeal. Either one sounds fun and exciting!

I put a condom on a banana once. It felt nice and hard goin in.When you squeeze down on it a clumpy consistencyhappens feels really good coming out. Especially if you pull it out at just the right time.
