Bit the Bullet with Doctor

i've had an interesting few days here. Several years ago, i found out that i have a pilonidal cyst, and had to learn how to avoid it getting infected. After not having a flareup for several years, it decided to be stubborn this past week, and i knew i needed to get an antibiotic from my doctor. Unfortunately, i also had a family emergency going on.

I dunno, I just flat out tell my doctors, at least my last three doctors (over a period of 10-12 years) that I'm an AB and consider myself transgendered, even though I'm not moving towards actually changing gender.

My only concern was that he *assumed* it was a fetish reason, rather than Pup being embarrassed to mention it. Lots of (usually, older) people have continence problems and refuse to talk about them because of the stigma.

To be fair, he knows that i am kinky, and also that i am big on asking questions and advocating for my care. It was very fair for him to assume i would be asking him about it if it was a problem.
