I do this exactly the way you described it except I use my wet diaper to hold the dry one inside. Sometimes I just poke a hole in the front of a very wet diaper and go to town on it. The gel gets all over after the pullout but it feels pretty damn good.

i can't imagine poking through a diaper... but i have, on many occasions, enjoyed an intense hands-free "finish" by just wiggling around a lot and thinking positive reinforcement good-boy diaper thoughts :-D

Often I don't even bother taking it off to roll it up. I just add a little petroleum jelly down there and start the solo tango util I'm done. Sorry, TMI I know.
