I know this is an old post, but wanted to say what I did.  I bought one of the cheaper silicone dolls and ran flexible tubing from the back of her vaginal opening to midway up her back.  I use an IV administration set (with a little yellow food coloring in the bag) hooked to the tube inside the doll.  Then you can control how much (and fast) she wets.  It's a cheap and almost realistic way to have a life-size doll that wets.
