so ive gone through 3 packs or diapers from cvs and im out (( idk if i should get more or not... but the best brand ive found is good nights :/ should i buy some i have to goo but i dont wanna use the bathroom its weird ive gotten used to them i feel like imma pee myself... and the cvs is 5 minutes away advice?

Rule of thumb: Always have an "emergency stash" on hand if you happen to exhaust your supplies and still can't/don't want to curb the desire.

I've been 24/7 by choice for over a year, so my priorities are a little different. I keep about 2-3 days worth of disposables around in case my monthly shipment is delayed for some reason. If I run out of disposables entirely, my fall-back is always cloth, and I try to keep at least 3-4 cloth diapers "in escrow" for just such an occasion.

In your case, why not snap up a couple packs of Goodnights? They work in a pinch, and no one will give you so much as a second glance in the checkout lane for buying them.
