Yes i learned of this some 20+ years ago when my Mother went to China and the babies and small children would be playing and there Parental unit would whistle and then clap and the older kids 4+ would go to the hole squat and do what ever they had to then resume playing or whatever tasks they where doing and as they got older they would get less frequent commands to "go potty" because as they matured they new what there bodies needed and they new that well i can hold it till i get to the bathroom "hole" (or squat toilets as they call them i would hate to have to throw up thats like putting your face in a Porta Potty
