I wear practically 24/7 although I don't wet in public on purpose. The anxiety of not wearing some sort of "protection" discreetly under my clothes is at times overwhelming. I've talked to both my regular physician and my PhD about it. Also, I coined the phrase "psychologically incontent" for lack of a better explanation or title. They were both not too concerned of any medical issue physically. And more or less said, if it works for you... Link to comment
