Poop More?

I alternate between toilet and diaper. Toilet more than diaper. So whenever I push the first thing of poop into a diaper I usually can't push anymore out unless I take a enema or marshmallows or something. Anyway I can make my body push the rest of the poop out?

Please don't suggest doing it in the diaper more. I perfer to keep this a fetish and not a life style sorta thing.

try eating more fibrous foods so its softer and wants to come out more

Yup, or take a few doses of Metamucil when you know you're going to want a messy diaper in the next day or so.

Ditto the above, but don't use chemical laxatives for this The psyllium husk fiber laxatives like Metamucil are safe for long-term use and have the added benefit of gently cleaning your colon while they work And they do make things move along much easier so you should get the results you seek 18-24 hours afterward

I use konsyl pure psyllium...i dont need the sugar or sweeteners in metamucil
