Help Finding A Picture

Im looking for a picture its a cartoon picture of an adult baby with a poopy diaper and the mommy is holding her nose while she checks the back of the diaper. Last time i seen it it was on diaper space. Does anyone know where to find that picture?

There are probably loads of drawings like that...Do you know who drew it or can you give any more detail? Such as:

- Was the AB a boy, girl, sissy, tomboy?

- Was the AB dressed in full baby clothing, no clothes except for the diaper, adult clothes, something else?

- What was the color of the AB's hair, eyes, clothing? What was the Mommy's?

- What was/were the race(s) of the AB & Mommy?

...etc.

Details will help you find what you want better.

It was a boy not a sissy or anything strait boy. It was like a changing table in the back ground and he had a bonnet i think. But he had a short shirt on. Thats bout all i remember.
