Relieving Pressure With Points.

Hi room.

Having a mild case of shy bladder, and knowing something about pressure points I decided to try something

What I started doing, was a 25 second breath hold at 25%, and then stimulate a pressure point on the pudental nerve. It is in the lower mid back, approximately four inches above the butt crack. I found, that even when there is someone in the next stall, I was able to calm down enough to where the sphincters unlocked. I used the middle three fingers on my left hand, pushed them as hard into my flesh as possible in an up and down, piston like pattern. Left, mid, right, left, mid right.

Let's see if it helps y'all get the soggy britches!
