maxmac97
I have read many posts here about them and most people say there great for there looks. What about peeing and pooping in them ? How would you rate them for that ? They are 1.16 per diaper for a case of 80 do you think they are worth the price ? Link to comment
Santiago
I usually get 2-3 wettings out of them, and they are especially better with some kind of booster. I think for the price they are competitive and I like the looks and one tape as well. I think their price is reasonable. 1 Link to comment

There's nothing reasonable about the price of the SDK's compared to better performing diapers. It's a good play diaper. It's definitely not a good long-wear diaper. Compared to a Molicare or an Abena M4, it's a garbage bag with some cotton balls in it. Link to comment
Charlie B
super dry kids are my favorite diaper. I love the look, the absorbancy and the single tape works very well. At least for me it is the perfect diaper! 1 Link to comment
Santiago
Everyone likes different things - and to me they are worth it over your "medicalized" examples of diapers. I don't want a diaper I can wear all day considering changing diapers is part of the fun for me. Of course SDK are not the highest performing diapers out there, but they do reasonably well for a diaper meant to look like a baby diaper rather than an incontinence brief, and compared to the cost of other such types of diapers (Bambino, etc), I find them reasonable. Then be fair about your statement, that it's more a matter of you finding the premium you pay for the look and the single-tape feature to be acceptable. I used to be a regular SDK buyer, until the whole debacle with QD, being ABU's 3rd such involvement with a pedo front (first D**ker being a featured sponsor in their newsletter, then Tiger Underwear, now this...) I also found that premium to be acceptable, because absorbency when I wear during the day isn't a big deal, as I can easily change when needed. Here of late, I find myself wearing at night more, and on the rare occasions when I do wet at night, an SDK isn't up to that heavy a task. Link to comment
Santiago
Then be fair and say the reason you don't like them them is a personal gripe against the company, and not so much the product itself. It is fine for the purpose it serves - and I suspect there are enough threads around to rant about ABU without starting another one. SDKs were never meant for heavy wetting at night (although with a booster they do fine for me)- and so holding them to that standard is having expectations that can never be met. Seems rather sad, that their being involved with the sale of child porn is dismissed as being a "personal gripe". And we wonder why our community is viewed with such suspicion... Link to comment
Santiago
Last I checked, they don't sell child porn. I love how the anti ABU crowd likes to trump up the crimes of ABU. Whatever - besides, the question was not about the business ethics or lack thereof of ABU, but rather the performance of the diaper for the money it costs. If you want to challenge the ethics of ABU - go find the numerous threads that do so and add your 2 cents to the repetitive statements already there. At least admit the reason you don't like them is because you don't like ABU... but that would be fair right? Fine if you don't want to do business with them, but at least be fair and honest about the products. It will just barely handle one time around with a grown man's full bladder, so its functional utility and longevity don't live up to the premium price. There are better diapers out there, both AB-centric (Bambino, and even ABU's $3 monstrosity) and non-AB-centric (list is very long). Link to comment
Leilin
I love how the anti ABU crowd likes to trump up the crimes of ABU. When it's the well-documented truth, that's the opposite of "trumping up" crimes. Like their product if you will, but their ties and refusal to break ties with pedophilic elements are repeated and egregious. Link to comment
ItchyTasty
SDK are awful, very ill fitting and uncomfortable, the mediums fit like smalls, very thin, hold less than Depends lol. Just an overpriced babyish looking AB diaper, that's all. Bambinos beat them 10x or more over. And most of them feature babyish designs. Link to comment
