Ultimately, the only way to be completely sure that your name and email will never be connected to an ABDL website is to not enter them on ABDL websites at all, ever. You should set up a second dedicated ABDL email account and change all your accounts on ABDL websites to use that email address instead. From that point on, do not use your everyday personal email address(es) for any ABDL-related purpose. That's the only way to be completely sure.
