Hi, I was wondering what people use to inject it and what they there Favourite formula is(I heard olive oils are good) thanks :3.

I use a homemade kit that I made out of a squeeze-bottle and rubber hose. I just use normal warm tap-water.

I unscrew the head of my shower (it's on a hose) and use that. The end of the pipe is not the most comfortable shape, but it's highly effective and you can get quite a powerful stream going from the shower. Having high pressure water hit the inside of your colon is quite a pleasurable feeling... for some.

When I was in university dorms I bought a cheap water bottle enema kit from ebay. It's very bad quality and stinks of rubber, and the joints leak. I would reccomend getting one from a reputable supplier if at all possible.

As for recipes, I normally use tap water. A couple of times I have added a squirt of shower gel to help me shed the water faster but it's not particularly pleasant.

Not addictive, but overuse of enemas/laxatives can increase risk of dependence.
